"I attended Terri Werner’s plenary session, Effective Leadership in Challenging Times, at the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions (MSACROA) conference on November 28, 2017. In my role as assistant dean for enrollment management and student success, it is often a challenge to accomplish goals without the involved stress or dissonance. This session provided me with helpful insights to channel my energy toward developing effective goals while decreasing resistance and dissonance. I particularly enjoyed Terri’s personable approach, charismatic character, and the opportunity to engage with other colleagues who share similar stories."

"Terri Werner co-created a welcoming, affirming and safe space during our coaching sessions which allowed me to explore deep and important questions about my life. Her unassuming, thoughtful and reflective practice allowed me to be more fully present to the process and to myself. And, her active listening and open heart and mind helped to facilitate my personal growth. She knows that coaching is both an art and a science and has mastered each as a way to offer robust and meaningful transformation. My life is better for having met and worked with her. I am grateful she offered her gifts to me and I recommend that you invite the same should you be seeking greater personal or professional fulfillment."

"As Vice President of IT at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) I noticed that many of the IT projects were missing their deadlines. When I talked to my senior leaders in the IT Business Systems Group, each leader shared the same issue – the functional units were struggling to perform the required level of project management necessary to keep these projects on schedule. I approached Terri Werner, Director of Training and Organization Development at UMBC to discuss ideas for training and development to change this. While I initially envisioned a program in project management, what I got was the cohort Project Leadership Development Program...." CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

"I am John Geiman and I was an Associate Vice President at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) with over 38 years of service before I retired. I was responsible for a billion dollar budget and played a major role in implementing new Human Resources, Payroll, and Financial PeopleSoft software at the campus. The major challenge I faced during my tenure was putting up this new software system for over 5,000 employees, and hundreds of millions in operating expenses. Several campuses were implementing new systems and they had major problems getting them to work.
I employed Terri to help me with preparing my management team and the entire Division of Budget and Finance for the major changes that were about to take place over the next several years. The challenges that we faced were many...." CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

"I have known Terri Werner for over twenty years. In this time I have watched her plan, facilitate, lead and interact in numerous settings – from the more casual committee meeting that didn’t require her to do much more than easy facilitation and participation, to more highly structured settings where her professional skills were clearly on display. Especially in contexts where she was expected to lead, Terri brought focused, caring, professional skills...." CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
